Slow Cooker Swedish Ikea Meatballs
These Slow Cooker Swedish Ikea Meatballs are a convenient and delicious twist on the classic dish. Made with frozen meatballs and a creamy sauce, theyre perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or a cozy weekend meal. The slow cooker does all the work, infusing the meatballs with flavor and ensuring theyre tender and juicy.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen Swedish Ikea meatballs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Put cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker
Add the frozen Swedish Ikea meatballs
Mix everything together well
Put the lid on top and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours, until the sauce is bubbling and the meatballs are hot
While cooking, stir every now and then
If the seasoning needs to be changed, taste it when its done
