No Churn Chocolate Ice Cream with Salty Candied Peanuts

Indulge in the creamy richness of homemade chocolate ice cream studded with crunchy, salty candied peanuts. This no-churn recipe requires minimal effort and yields a decadent dessert that will impress everyone.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form

In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract

Mix well

Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined

Pour half of the mixture into a loaf pan or a freezer-safe container

In a small saucepan, combine peanuts, sugar, and sea salt over medium heat

Stir constantly until sugar melts and coats peanuts, about 5 minutes

Spread the candied peanuts over the ice cream mixture in the pan

Pour the remaining ice cream mixture over the peanuts

Use a knife to swirl the peanuts into the ice cream mixture

Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm

Serve scoops of ice cream topped with extra candied peanuts
