Amaretto Dip With Strawberries

The rich flavors of cream cheese, amaretto liqueur, and vanilla come together in this delicious dip, which goes perfectly with fresh strawberries. Great for parties or romantic nights in.

Ingredients:

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and hulled

Instructions:

Beat cream cheese in a bowl until its smooth

Add the powdered sugar slowly while beating the mixture until it is well mixed

As you mix, slowly pour in the amaretto liqueur and vanilla extract

Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture slowly until its all mixed in

Place the dip in a bowl for serving

Place strawberries around the dip to serve
